Slow notification in the free version ?

I appreciate this app and I am now way over the 100 initial notifications. I would like to confirm & register for the 10000 next. But in tha last days I experience quite slow notifications (several minutes to one hour). Is this a limitation of the "free" version once over the 100 quota ? Or is it simply a technical incident on your servers or Google's (I forward google mails for the moment). Thank you.

    Alex,

    That was probably incident on our servers, there are no limitations for the free version after the 100 notifications received.
